When setting up the Smart.Network app for the first time, you will be asked to enter your email address and add a password to create your new User Account.
The password must be a minimum of 8 alpha-numeric characters in length and contain at least 3 of the following:
- lower case letter (a-z)
- upper case letter (A-Z)
- number (0-9)
- special character (e.g. !@#$%&*)
If the app fails on setup with error code -905 it is because the password you used is too weak and does not fulfill these requirements.
The same applies when resetting an existing User’s password from within the app. To reset a password navigate to Settings>Account>click ‘Reset Password’. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
